Food - habits are the basis of our health. But a recent study found that when you eat the food and at what time impact more than the eating amount. Eating not the right time is the major cause of fast growing worldwide problem of obesity.

Studies at the University of Chicago, if you do not consider right time to eat can be harmful for health as well as can cause obesity also.

Experts say that the early morning wakeups are helpful to fight obesity and it is also advised to eat something during evening. The study used rats in which food has given to few rats on day and other rats were given food at night. The study found that weight of rats that were given food at night was twice than other rats.

In period of six weeks there was an increase of almost 48 per cent in weight. The unprecedented increase in weight was informed that the body's metabolic activities are regulated by biological clock.

This clearly shows that as soon as possible eat something in the morning and very little during the day and in eat anything in evening too. This is also helpful to control your weight or weight loss. According to research you should have your dinner at least two hours before while going to sleep.

So if you are worried with your obesity than keep track of your diet than exercise.
