Working constantly at office desk, reading books or novels and on computer or laptop may cause your eyes and make you tired. Here we are sharing some tips for your eyes care which you should apply regularly.
- Make sure your meal have vitamins like egg, milk, papaya and fish.
- Make sure to have green vegetables daily.
- Splash cold water on your eyes during breaks, this will make you feel refreshed and your eyes relaxed.
- Small exercises for eyes are really helpful. You can also do small exercise in office during working on desk or on computer. Blink your eyes rapidly and close them to relax your eye muscles. You can do it whenever you get some minutes while working.
- Working constantly can make your eyes tired so to feel fresh and refresh your eyes, drink water at least 7-8 glasses per day. You can also use tea bags (used) to make your eyes relaxed. Just do one thing, take used tea bags and keep them in refrigerator for few hours or after getting back from work, keep chilled tea bags on your eyes for a while. I am sure these will sooth your eyes.
- A walk after meal is helpful for both your eyes and body and it gives some fresh air to your eyes too.
- Applying cucumber juice to eyelids and to dark circles can help removing dark circles.
- Always wash your face before you go to bed and you must sleep at least 8 hours.
- You should go to eye checkup once in 6 months.
